Annie is working to slowly remodel an old Victorian house in Detroit. She texts me about how to DIY a wall repair, I call her to advise, and then we text again about the job and from the hardware store as she wonders which spackle to buy.

I have extensive experience with all things one runs into in residential remodeling including structural issues.
I can weld, do high end cabinetry, and chop down trees
I make patterns and my own clothes and am an expert seamstress. I have built hats for the Opera.
I garden and put in irrigation systems.
I know how to do a LOT of things, most of them well!
